This is an invitation to you, as a member of The Friends of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, to join the Charity’s 2023 Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held by kind invitation of Graham Alderton on behalf of the LookOut team. Below is a map illustrating how to reach the LookOut location in Hyde Park. There are signposts around the Park.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of The Friends of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens will be held at The LookOut, Hyde Park at 6pm on Wednesday the 19th July 2023 to transact the following business.

AGENDA

1. Welcome by Chair, Sue Price
2. Introduction by Graham Alderton of the LookOut team
3. Approval of Trustees’ Report and Accounts
4. Appointment of New Trustees
• Allyson Andrews (elected 22.03.2022)
• William Gray (elected 07.09.2022)
• Re-elect Trustees retiring on a 3 year rotation
• Joanna Clark
• Simon Cox

Following the Agenda there will be Presentations by:

• Hyde Park Manager – Jason Taylor
• Kensington Gardens Manager – Andrew Williams
